★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Неуважительное отношение продавца, по отношению к покупателям. Хамский тон, отсутствие желание разобраться в ситуации. Начала связывается с официальным Geox по этому поводу , оказалось, что это частный магазин, не официальный. Очень разочарована, больше никогда не пойду.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím upřímně konstatovat , že tady ví, jak na zákazníkovou peněženku. Úsměv, přivítání, poradenství, profi aktivní přístup. Cítila jsem se jako královna. Tady vás vítají... Nic méně do doby než začnete řešit reklamaci. Reklamace nejsou vyřízeny ve prospěch klienta, tak jak jsme zvyklá ze zahraničí. Je to nešvar českého podnikání,kde kvantita je nad kvalitou, dlouhodobým vztahem a zákazníkovi vyjít vstříc. Z mě 2 hvězdy a to jen proto, že opravdu tam prodávat umí.
I must honestly say that here he knows how to make a customer's wallet. Smile, welcome, advice, pro-active approach. I felt like a queen. Here you are welcome ... Nothing less until you begin to deal with the claim. Complaints are not settled in favor of the client, as we are used to from abroad. It is a nuisance of Czech business, where quantity is above quality, long-term relationship and customer-friendly. From me 2 stars and just because they really can sell there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechápu proč nemůže člověk odstoupit od kupní smlouvy ani do 24h od nákupu, když si vybere nějaké boty, doma zjistí že mu jsou velké než zkoušel v obchodě, a menší kus na prodejně nemají a peníze nevrátí..
I do not understand why a person cannot withdraw from the purchase contract even within 24 hours of purchase, if he chooses some shoes, at home he finds out that they are bigger than he tried in the store, and they do not have a smaller piece in the store and do not return money.

Nepochopitelný přístup prodavačky - přišla jsem vyměnit boty, které jsem tam s roční dcerkou před pár týdny s pomocí jiné, ochotné, kolegyně, vybrala. Jak je vidět na první fotce, sedí dobře. Při nošení doma jsem ale zjistili že malé z bot vyjíždí nožička! Viz další foto. Podle mě je to designová chyba, u bot pro takhle malé děti by se to dít nemělo, každopádně každý má jinou nohu, tak jsem je chtěla jednoduše vyměnit.
První, milá prodavačka, zavolala nadřízenou. Ta říká že vzhledem k tomu, že už jsme je doma nosili, nejdou znovu prodat a hlavně, že ji přijde divné, že by dcerce noha mohla vypadnout. Já říkám že je mi to taky divné, ale děje se to. Prodavačka opakuje, že to je divné a že by to musela vidět. Ptám se, jestli mi nevěří. Říká: 'No tak jako, víte, ráda bych to viděla.' Takže naznačuje, že lžu. Proč bych si to vymýšlela. Říkám, že dcera spí v autě a že s ročním dítětem nemám moc času, a boty bych prostě rada rychle vyměnila. Říká, že to nejde, že maximálně může poslat na 30 denní reklamaci, kde se 'vada musí projevit'. To tam pošlu i dceřinu nohu? Po opakování požadavku výměny je mi zase řečeno že to nejde. A o nějaké omluvě že dceři se mohlo něco stát nebo poděkování za zpětnou vazbu ani nemluvě. Odcházím v šoku z tak nehorázneho zacházení s věrným zákazníkem. Budu si stěžovat majiteli firmy.

As you can see in the first photo, it fits well. But when worn at home, we found out that the little one comes out of the shoe! See next photo. In my opinion, it is a design mistake, it should not happen with shoes for such small children, in any case, everyone has a different leg, so I just wanted to replace them.
The first, a nice saleswoman, called her superior. She says that since we already wore them at home, they can't be sold again and especially that she finds it strange that her daughter's leg could fall out. I say it's weird to me too, but it's happening. The saleswoman repeats that it is strange and that she would have to see it. I wonder if they don't believe me. He says, 'Well, you know, I'd love to see it.' So he suggests I'm lying. Why would I make it up. I say that my daughter sleeps in the car and that I don't have much time with a one-year-old child, and I would just like to change my shoes quickly. He says that it is not possible that he can send a maximum of 30 days of complaints, where the 'defect must manifest itself'. Will I send my daughter's leg there? After repeating the request for an exchange, I am told again that it is not possible. And not to mention an apology that something might have happened to my daughter or thanks for the feedback. I leave in shock from such outrageous treatment of a loyal customer. I will complain to the business owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geox boty jsem dlouhodobě kupoval pro Design a spokojenost s kvalitou. Nyní mám ale velmi špatnou zkušenost při reklamaci dětské obuvi, arogantní přístup, reklamace provedena opravou výměnou spony, která má ale jiný odstín, vedoucí prodejny mi na to řekla, že to nebrání užívání boty. U takové značky bych toto nečekal. Ten den jsem si chtěl koupit boty pro sebe, šel jsem ale ke konkurenci.
Velmi krátkozraký přístup.

But now I have a very bad experience with complaints about children's shoes, arrogant approach, the complaint was made by repairing the replacement of the buckle, but it has a different shade, the store manager told me that it does not prevent the use of shoes. I would not expect this with such a brand. I wanted to buy shoes for myself that day, but I went to the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021: Dobrý výběr, super ceny, akorát v době slev je prodejna opravdu plná zákazníků, takže se občas stane, že již nemají mou velikost.
2022: časy se mění. Nepříjemná obsluha, malý výběr velikostí a mraky lidí.
