The Mělník - Brozánky ferry can be found under the chateau vineyard slope by the Josef Straka bridge, which is under reconstruction and is currently (2018) not accessible to pedestrians or cyclists. The ferry is free, has a capacity of 10 people, can also transport bicycles or prams, although with them the number of passengers logically decreases. The ferry is still running, if the ship is moored on the other bank and it happens that the crew does not see you, use the phone number, which is published on the information boards. For more comfortable waiting, benches are located at the ferry station. The ferry is open on weekends, in July, August and September then daily at the specified times.
