Unfortunately, I have to share with you my unpleasant experience and unprofessional approach of RK Fidox, during the purchase of the advertised property. This experience is intended to warn all potential customers of the Real Estate Agency. According to the advertisement, the land was to be sold to the highest bidder. More information about the purchase process was to be provided by a representative of the real estate company (Mr. Šlajch) by phone. During the telephone interview, I was informed that the winner would be the one who submitted the highest bid per m2 of land in the form of an envelope method. The envelopes will be opened by the owner of the property JUDr. Slavík (who in this case is also a Fidox lawyer) at 10 a.m. on a certain day, thus closing the sale. However, opening the envelopes has become a farce. My offer per meter was the highest in all envelopes, I dare say very significantly. In 5 out of 6 envelopes, the amounts per m2 were actually precisely defined. In the last envelope, however, there was an addition that the buyer is willing to overpay anyone for CZK 100 per meter in addition to the basic offer. After reading the contents, I was escorted out of the agency by Mr. Šlajch within 5 minutes, under the supervision of Dr. Slavík. Be that as it may, the highest bid won. I really couldn't compete with the offer anymore. However, if this envelope did not appear on the table, I would overpaid the land significantly compared to the competition and no one would say a word! This is how the winner has a plot of land, which he acquired with a significantly lower risk than I took during the purchase. My view is that the envelope method has certain rules, which in this case have been completely ignored by the company's management, and the company thus opens the door to fraud and unequal conditions between buyers.
