Then we learned from serious buyers that during the contract between us and the brokerage office, these bidders were informed by the broker that the property was no longer for sale. The broker never informed us of the owner's existence.

I left the apartment because we were arguing at home about it and we did not like the approach. We concluded a termination agreement on April 31, 2020, with a colleague from work going to my apartment, to whom Mr. Votípka promised that the repairs would take place during the month of May and he would be able to move in from 1.6 2020, but the repairs are still not finished. Mr. Votípka does not take the phone on an SMS, he does not answer, there is no communication with him. And I'm not talking about the fact that during the handover he promised me that the deposit will be returned to my account within a week, she recorded our entire conversation here on the phone because I don't trust this person anymore, of course I got money from them a month .. I'm very disappointed to say that this was the worst real estate experience
