J	Janka wolken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem nadmíru spokojená s přístupem zaměstnanců ve Vaší optice na Chodově. Prohlédla jsem si snad veškeré dámské brýle co byli na prodejně, nemálo z nich jsem si vyzkoušela a samozřejmě jedny zakoupila. Na místě mi s ochotou vyměnily nosniky za menší, protože ty původní mi připadaly moc velké. Brýle měli být hotové do 14 dnů, ale dorazili mi už po 5 dnech. Mám skoro 6 doploptrií na každém oku a samozřejmě jsem si nechala dvakrát zúžit skla, s čímž mi odborně poradili a vysvětlili která jsou vhodná a jaká se vyplatí povrchová úprava.Přes brýle se mi skvěle kouká a nevidím žádné zkreslení. Navíc mi na tuto povrchovou úpravu dali 3 roky záruku. Obroučky mají za skvělou cenu a cena skel se také pohybuje na průměrné hodnotě. Tuto optiku můžu všem vřele doporučit, kde jsou ochotní a milí zaměstnanci, kteří na Vás nespěchají takže jsem si v klidu vybrala ty pravé brýle pro mě. ? I was extremely satisfied with the approach of the staff at your optician in Chodov. I looked at all the women's glasses that were in the store, I tried many of them and, of course, I bought some. On the spot, they were willing to exchange the beams for smaller ones, because the original ones seemed too big to me. The glasses were supposed to be ready within 14 days, but they arrived after 5 days. I have almost 6 doploptrias on each eye and of course I had the glass narrowed twice, with which they professionally advised me and explained which ones are suitable and what surface treatment is worthwhile. I look great through my glasses and I don't see any distortion. In addition, they gave me a 3-year warranty for this surface treatment. The rings have a great price and the price of the glass is also at an average value. I can warmly recommend this optic to everyone, where there are helpful and nice employees who are not in a hurry, so I chose the right glasses for me. ?

Po příchodu do optiky máte pocit, že patříte mezi horních deset tisíc, protože se vám okamžitě někdo věnuje a brýle jsem "vybírala" od stolu kam mi naprosto úžasná paní opticka nosila jedny obroučky za druhými až jsme vybraly ty, které nejlépe sedí. Co je další obrovská vyhoda- nestarají se o vás prodavači, ale optici a optometristi, takže vám neprodají cokoli, jen aby něco prodali a vám to pak vůbec nesedí, ale opravdu vyberou co je pro vás a vaše oči vhodné a případně na místě i upraví, což je super! :) Na dnešní poměry nadstandardní péče o zákazníka, bezkonkurenční ceny..co říct jsem prostě nadšená :))) všem doporučuji a firmě gratuluji za skvělé zaměstnance, těch se držte ;) Excellent experience in Chodov, I recommend to everyone! After coming to the optics, you feel like you are in the top ten thousand, because someone immediately pays attention to you and I "picked" glasses from the table where the absolutely amazing lady optics wore one frame after another until we chose the ones that fit best. What is another huge advantage - salespeople do not take care of you, but opticians and optometrists, so they do not sell you anything just to sell something and it does not suit you at all, but they really choose what is suitable for you and your eyes and possibly adjust on the spot which is great! :) For today's conditions of above-standard customer care, unbeatable prices..what I just say is excited :))) I recommend to all and congratulations to the company for great employees, stick to them;)

Bojana was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. The whole visit and the subsequent visits were pleasant. They offered a wide option of frames and I am very satisfied with the the one I received. All in all, if you need glasses or contacts I highly recommend the Chodov location and definitely ask for Bojana!

I'm aware that I'm a very needy customer and I really like to take time while having my eyesight examined, therefore I always feel anxious when scheduling an appointment, but staff were treating me with respect and were very polite and professional the whole time. The whole process was really fast and I got my glasses in 10 days. Besides that, they had a really good pool of glasses to choose from and the prices were affordable. I also appreciate that Fielmann encourages diversity, which is seen by their international staff who spoke really good English and other languages. All in all, 10/10 would recommend!
