★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been training Box for several years (and different countries also) and I must said this was one of the best trainings I have ever had, enjoyed a lot!!!
The trainer explains to you in Czech and a English (but Body language rules), gives you attention, correct movement, and also the others in the class are very kind and help you improve your technique.
This was an amazing full body workout that I'm pretty sure will make you feel so satisfied, as I was.
Definitely coming back!
