★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřeboval jsem nové příčníky. Vybral jsem si dva modely na jejich webu, ale nemohl se finálně rozhodnout. Po mejlovém dotazu jsem byl vyzván stavit se na prodejně, že mi vše předvedou. Zajel jsem tam po práci. Byl jsem tam sám (asi Covid), takže se mi mohli věnovat. Pan prodavač byl velmi příjemný a ochotný. Věnoval se mi více než hodinu. Vybrané příčníky složil a od každého jeden namontoval na auto pro porovnání. Poskytl plno užitečných rad a ještě pomohl vymyslet zabezpečení s použitím dílů z úplně jiného systému. Třešničkou na dortu byly ceny. Na prodejně a na webu mají sice rozdílné, ale vše mi prodali za ty nižší. Filson Store po své dobré zkušenosti rozhodně doporučuji.
I needed new crossbars. I chose two models on their website, but could not finally decide. After an e-mail question, I was asked to stop at the store to show me everything. I drove there after work. I was there alone (probably Covid), so they could take care of me. The salesman was very nice and helpful. He devoted more than an hour to me. He folded the selected crossmembers and mounted one of each on the car for comparison. He provided a lot of useful advice and also helped to invent security using parts from a completely different system. The icing on the cake was the prices. They have different ones in the store and on the website, but they sold everything to me for the lower ones. I definitely recommend Filson Store after my good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotný personál. Velmi mi pomohli. Potřeboval jsem nainstalovat střešní nosiče. Nainstalovali i když jsem je zakoupil jinde a Hakr nosiče přitom neprodávají. Instalace za 499 Kč.
Mají pestrou nabídku autodoplňků.
Spravili mi náladu po tom, co se na mě v Hakru "vybodli".
Když už jsem tam byl, objednal jsem si gumové koberečky přímo na míru typu auta.
Helpful staff. They helped me a lot. I needed to install roof racks. They installed even though I bought them elsewhere and Hakr does not sell the media. Installation for 499 CZK.
They have a wide range of car accessories.
They put me in the mood after they "stabbed" me in Hakra.
While I was there, I ordered rubber mats tailored to the type of car.

They ordered parts even if it wasnt certain to fit, called me to inform me the order has arrived and even suggested when to come so that their English speaking colleague can help translate with my basic Czech language.
