Místo do Modřan mě přepojila na Jižní město. Aniž bych stačil vyslovit jméno koho vlastně chci. Na jižňáku mě sjela jak spratka. Že tam volá celá Praha a ať ji řeknu rodný číslo!!! jinak mi neporadí. Pak mi sdělila ze patřím do Modřan??? a tím hovor skončil. Mají tito neochotni lidé dělat takovou práci. Myslím že kurzy ovládání a psychotesty by měli míti povinné. Jednou laxní úřednicí jsem byl odkázán na formuláře na internetu, kde jsem nevěděl, jak co vyplnit. Ano, existují pokyny na 12 stran, kdy by člověk nedělal nic jiného, než celý den četl pokyny. Normální člověk má ale i jiné povinnosti. Naštěstí se najdou i vstřícní lidé. Lidský přístup má starší pán na recepci, příjemná paní je i v podatelně a zlatý člověk je pí. Suchánková.
