I bought a property and I definitely do not recommend this company: press on the applicant, do not secure what they have, they do not know the property, I sign contracts slowly on the street, they get in your eyes ... disgusting actions, never again !!!

I worked with a Fincentre advisor to refinance my mortgage. Everything dragged on unbelievably and in the end he brought me offers that were significantly worse than my bank offers me. Never again.

I can't recommend it at all. The financial advisor has arranged for us a mortgage and insurance policies, but so many things went wrong that we then only flew with the husband and had to repair everything. He lied about the insurance that he must cancel and not just edit. He wanted money for a new contract because he had no money for the adjustment. He also broke his insurance policy. We were supposed to have a hospital stay insurance (this is the case with the request), but he found out by phone to the insurance company that the hospital was missing in the final contract. Counselors lie and they are just about their own profit. Therefore, we immediately stopped communicating with the company. In no way do you go to this company.

I bought a cottage through their real estate agent and their legal action was a disaster. Even the legal safekeeping of money is not pre-negotiated, I had to arrange it myself. We signed the purchase contract in a kneeling position on the bench at the post office. Terrible approach to the client. They are amateurs. We were even selected as the first clients to be offered a booking contract, and since then it has turned 180 ° and the subsequent behavior is discouraging. We confirmed our interest to the broker, at 9 o'clock in the evening she sent us a reservation contract with the fact that she has time to sign at 9:30 in the morning the next day. The next morning, the broker called me when I stopped signing the contract, to which I replied that I would not be able to do this morning, that I had just sent the contract to our lawyer, who would contact her in case of further questions. The broker also asked for his number to pick up his phone as a matter of priority. The lawyer called her then, but the broker did not answer the phone. So we sent her an email with a few points to add, nothing non-standard and nothing we could not prove in the discussion. We did not receive any response from these brokers to these points, so I called her in the evening and I was told that the points were unacceptable and that they gave a chance to other interested parties. There was no discussion about this, as soon as we asked a question, we would rather contact other interested parties, just so that they would not stay with us. At the same time, the property was worth 16 million and the reservation fee was 770 thousand, which is not a small amount of money, and one wants to be sure that everything is correct and without risks before signing any contract. In this style, we lost the opportunity to buy a house, there were too many exclamation points, which did not try to explain in any way. And the second thing is that they offered us the services of some of their contracted financial advisers from SwissLife, who certainly could not give birth to interest as independent financial advisers and communication with him was very unpleasant.
