★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celkově přístup Renaultu CZ je něco, co jsem ještě nezažil. Renault auta mám rád, používám je 7 let, nikdy jsem nezažil horší zkušenost, jak nyní s pořízením nového vozu. Už cca 5 měsíců se tady dohaduju, jak s daným servisem, tak se zákaznickou podporou. Dovolat se na někoho více kompetentního, co má nějaké slovo, taky nemožné. Nejspíš manažer o péči zákazníků, řeší problémy tak, že je ignoruje. Rád bych dal vědět hlavnímu vedení, jak za ně komunikují ty druhý... a jaké jim to dělá jméno. Tohle je otřesný! A komunikace je základ pro klid. Že se nestydíte. :-)
Overall, the approach of Renault CZ is something I have not experienced before. I like Renault cars, I have been using them for 7 years, I have never had a worse experience than now with the purchase of a new car. I have been arguing here for about 5 months, both with the given service and with customer support. It is also impossible to call on someone more competent who has a word. Probably a customer care manager, he solves problems by ignoring them. I'd like to let the management know how the others communicate for them ... and what their name makes them. This is awful! And communication is the basis for peace. That you are not ashamed. :-)

I will never buy anything related to Renault in my life ... Waiting for a month for warranty service in Prague is just hell!

Don't buy anything from this society tedy .so unless you are a supporter of authoritarian regimes for which human life has no value ……
