★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Недостаточно квалифицированные специалисты в этом офисе. Например, они не знают, что ISIC-card является идентификационным удостоверением, а не регистрационным!!! Удивительно, хотя ссылка на сайт карты была им дана. Видимо, было лень прочитать, так как есть некоторая надежда, что читать умеют :))) еще не все для них потеряно :)))
Not enough qualified specialists in this office. For example, they do not know that the ISIC-card is an identification card, not a registration one !!! Surprisingly, although the link to the map site was given to them. Apparently, it was too lazy to read, since there is some hope that they can read :))) all is not lost for them :)))

Arrogant behavior, unreasonably high charges, the lowest level of interest on deposits. Opaque ownership of a bank that originated from a former campel. Unpractical lunch break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštívil jsem pobočku před pár měsíci, bankéři s arogantním chováním. Asi záleží na vkusu, chyběl mi zájem o klienta. Přišel jsem zrušit účet, nikoho nezajímalo, proč ho chci zrušit, co mi vadí, co by s tím případně dalo dělat. Jen splnit úkol, a čau kliente, nepruď. Škoda
I visited the branch a few months ago, bankers with arrogant behavior. Perhaps it depends on taste, I missed interest in the client. I came to cancel my account, nobody cared why I wanted to cancel it, what bothers me, what could possibly do with it. Just accomplish the task, and hello the client, don't cease. Damage
