★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nebudem tu hodnotiť bankovné služby Fio banky a ebrookera, s ktorými som nadmieru spokojný. Budem hodnotiť samotnú pobočku. Otváracie hodiny pokladne od 9-16 z rovna nie sú ušité na mieru pre zamestnaných ľuďí, začo hviezdička dole. Interiér banky vyvolávavo mne pocit veľmi lacnej cestovnej kancelárie, ale to mi úprimne nevadí. Čo je veľké plus tak sú finálne služby a prístup samotných zamestnancov. Tri náštevy banky a tri krát som rýchlo vyriešil čo som chcel s maximálnou spokojnosťou.

The interior of the bank evoked me to feel a very cheap travel agency, but it honestly does not bother me. What is a big plus is the final services and the approach of the employees themselves. Three bank visits and three times I quickly solved what I wanted with maximum satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem si založit broker account, čekal jsem 20 minut a nic. Jeden pán na přepážce na 5 čekajících zákazníků. Prostředí pobočky naprosto nedůstojné, obzvlášť na firmu, která by měla spravovat vaše finance. Tady bohužel zamrzli myšlením před 20 lety..
I wanted to open a broker account, I waited 20 minutes and nothing. One gentleman at the counter for 5 waiting customers. The branch environment is completely unworthy, especially for a company that should manage your finances. Unfortunately, they froze here thinking 20 years ago ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál většinou jeden člověk, odbavení 3 lídí na hodiny a fakt nepříjemný a neochotný pán za přepážkou. Zajimavé, jak dokáže zkušenost s takovým zaměstnancem v člověku zničit dobrý brand banky.
Staff mostly one person, check-in 3 people on the clock and a really annoying and reluctant gentleman behind the counter. Interesting how the experience with such an employee in a person can destroy a good bank brand.
