★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is average in every way, but at the prices of a tourist trap in Prague, not lakeside eatery on the outskirts of a small city. I guess it's meant to trap the tired Zoo visitors (two of the Zoo exits face the restaurant)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always stay in the Hotel U Jezirka right opposite and it's the perfect combination for me: 2 mins walk from your room you will find a most pleasant al-fresco restaurant with delicious Czech meals and great beers. Just what the doctor ordered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food. Pleasant and efficient service. Nice place to sit and relax after a visit to Liberec zoo. Probably even better to sit on the terrace by the pond, but it was too cold in the February for that.
