A	Anna Rosáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to tam báječný ☺️ Jsem jedna z mála těch které nerady cvičí před muži a contours je pro mne ideální... jsou tam všechny trenérky milé a ochotné pomoct a dokonce i členky jsou milé takže se vůbec nemusím stydět a věřím že získám svou vysněnou postavu abych mohla zkusit různé castingy skrz focení....tvář mám prý pěknou tak proč to nezkusit ??‍♀️☺️ It's wonderful there ☺️ I'm one of the few who doesn't like to train in front of men and contours is perfect for me ... all the trainers there are nice and willing to help and even the members are nice so I don't have to be ashamed at all and I believe so I can try different castings through the photo shoot .... my face is said to be nice so why not try it ??‍♀️☺️
Š	Šárka Řešátková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vsechno bylo hrozne fajn, cvicite jen zeny, hraje hudba, reknou vam mikrofonem, kdy zmenit stanoviste, kdy zmerit tep. Mila trenerka se mnou ochotne prosla vsechny stanoviste a nakonec mi ukazala tabulku kolik to stoji na 12 mesicu. Takze za me ne. Pro nekoho, kdo ma na sebe cas je to idealni. Everything was very nice, only women practice, music plays, they tell you with a microphone when to change the position, when to measure your heart rate. Mila, the coach, willingly went through all the stations with me and finally showed me a table of how much it costs for 12 months. So not for me. It's ideal for someone who has time to wear.

Chybí mi trenažér -kolo, nebo chůze po rovině,posilovací stroj na vnitřní stranu stehen,ale to není v contours nikde. V rámci projektu Contours patří tato posilovna mezi ty kvalitnější a příjemnější. Bohužel dům,ve kterém se posilovna nachází má příšerný vstup,chodbu,schody,je tam cítit kouř. Ale v posilovně na to zapomenete. The shorts are nice, the environment is pleasant. I miss the exercise bike - bike, or walking on a plane, a weight training machine on the inside of the thighs, but it's not in the contours anywhere. As part of the Contours project, this gym is one of the better and more pleasant ones. Unfortunately, the house in which the gym is located has a terrible entrance, hallway, stairs, there is a smell of smoke. But you forget about it in the gym.

Ale doporučuji opravdu je to tam fajn. Fitness is great, trainers are nice helpful. But it's not for me, I haven't been able to do the exercise much, even though the girls have tried ???? and it's more expensive for me. But I really recommend it's fine there.
