Doporučili mi akorát, že boty mi opraví v každé opravně obuvi... Ale já jsem si zde kupoval boty proto abych tohle nemusel řešit a když už se stane, že jejich výrobek 2 roky nevydrží (i třeba náročnějším používáním), tak očekávám dobrý pozáruční servis. Prostě stejný pristup jako v ostatních spotřebních obchodech. Proto jsou asi v olympii a ne v centru města. V Česku už je naštěstí spousta firem u kterých je pozáruční servis samozřejmostí, takže příště koupím tam... Tilak, warmpeace, sir joseph, atd. A store that tries to sell quality things. They just recommended that they repair my shoes in every shoe repair shop ... But I bought shoes here so that I wouldn't have to deal with this, and when it happens that their product does not last 2 years (even with more demanding use), I expect a good post-warranty service. Just the same approach as in other consumer stores. That's why they're probably in the Olympics and not in the city center. Fortunately, there are already a lot of companies in the Czech Republic where post-warranty service is a matter of course, so next time I will buy there ... Tilak, warmpeace, sir joseph, etc.

U takto drahého tovaru je nanajvýš vhodné kvalitné zaškolenie zamestnancov, aby vedeli doporučiť napríklad vhodnú obuv. Bohužiaľ, stretla som sa s veľmi vlažným prístupom, na dotaz na tovar som odpoveď nedostala, nakoľko slečna ani nevedela, že také niečo majú. Dnešná nepríjemná skúsenosť bola ale čerešničkou na torte. Pri prosbe o navoskovanie bundy, ktoré ponúkajú v predajni dokonca bez poplatku, bol pán za pultom nanajvýš prekvapený, že takúto službu si želám na počkanie. Unfortunately, I met with a very lukewarm approach, I did not get an answer to the question about the goods, as the young lady did not even know that they had something like that. Today's unpleasant experience, however, was the icing on the cake. When asked to wax the jackets they offer in the store even free of charge, the gentleman behind the counter was most surprised that I wanted such a service to wait. I will visit another store for me in the future

Fabric is poor quality, not wind, weather resistant or water proof, so not suitable for outdoor/mountain use. For a jacket that cost over 12,000 czk this is not good.
