Pokud jako nevěsta toužíte po fotce Vašich šatů na nazdobené slavobráně, tak si obřad plánujte až odpoledne, na náš obřad ve 12:00 se slavobrána dokončovala v 11:45. Ač květinářka údajně používá pouze čerstvé květiny, květinové náramky pro družičky byly vytvořeny z květin umělých (na to nás nikdo předem neupozornil, ani se za to dodatečně neomluvil). Krásný podzimní večer doladěný svitem svíček? Bohužel... poté, co po obědě dohořely první svíčky (cca 16:00), jsme zjistili, že více jich dodáno nebylo, i když výzdoba měla být na celý večer. Obecně byl čas velkým problémem a v jeho důsledku byla omezena i výzdoba stolů k obědu (opět bez našeho souhlasu). Květiny samy o sobě byly krásné. Škoda těch nedostatků, které ovlivňují výsledný dojem. The florist provided flowers and decorations for our wedding. J	Jana Murinova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvetinarstvi krasne, obsluha bohuzel velmi neprijemna az arogantni. Pokazde, kdyz tam prijdu, mam pocit, ze je strasne obtezuju. Vzdy jsem to nejak vstrebala a po case tam opet sla. Docela mne to ale vzdy otravi den, takze naposled to uz bylo naposled. Florists beautiful, service unfortunately very unpleasant and arrogant. Every time I get there, I feel like they are bothering them terribly. I always somehow absorbed it and after a while I went there again. But it always annoys me a day, so the last time was the last time.
V	Vašek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měl sem Květinářství moc rád, chodím tam už roky. Když sem zařizoval kytky na svatbu tak paní nebyla schopná pochopit že nedám za kytky 10k. Tak pak pohrdavě předala kytky s tím, že pán chtěl ušetřit, tak má jednu zdarma. Myslím si, že by nebylo na škodu, aby se paní majitelka zaměřila na více prozákaznický přístup u svých zaměstnanců. Do Květinářství už nepůjdu, mnohokrát mě přístup zklamal, jen sem věřil že je to třeba jen špatný den. Ale bohužel. I really liked Florists, I've been going there for years. When I arranged flowers for the wedding, the lady was not able to understand that I would not pay 10k for the flowers. So then she scornfully handed over the flowers, saying that the master wanted to save, so she has one for free. I don't think it would hurt for the owner to focus on a more pro-customer approach for her employees. I won't go to the Florist anymore, many times the approach has disappointed me, I just believed that it was just a bad day. But unfortunately.
