★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velka nespokojenost s nabídkou, která po Vánocích stále ještě nebyla doplněna a predevsim pak s obsluhou obchodu! Naprosto laxní, bez zajmu o klienta, vubec s ničím nepomohla, na vše jsem se musela doptat sama, ironicky tón reci. Evidentně jsem tusila při sledování detektivky zapnuté na NTB. Tento tok jsem v obchudku chtela nakoupit 3-4 drahé dekorace do bytu. Po dnešní zkušenosti už nechci a radši se podívám ke konkurenci.
Great dissatisfaction with the offer, which was still not completed after Christmas and especially with the store staff! Absolutely lax, without interest in the client, it didn't help at all, I had to ask everything myself, ironically the tone of the speech. I obviously had a hunch while watching a detective story on NTB. In the shop I wanted to buy 3-4 expensive decorations for the apartment. I don't want today's experience and I'd rather look at the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Díky za naprosto skvělý zážitek i krásné rostliny. Obchůdek má příjemnou atmosféru a přijde mi tak akorát velký. Výběr byl pestrý a nadchlo mě že se hned za pultem tvoří nové kokedamy:) Obsluha byla hrozně milá, paní mi vše co jsem potřebovala vysvětlila, sdílela se mnou zkušenosti a radila mi nejen ohledně rostlin které jsem kupovala ale i k těm co už doma mám. (jedna z nich je i kokedema, kterou mám právě odsud a už dva roky se mi krásně rozrůstá po pokoji) Díky za všechno rozhodně se zase stavím :)
Thanks for an absolutely great experience and beautiful plants. The shop has a pleasant atmosphere and I just think it's big. The selection was varied and I was thrilled that new cockedams were formed right behind the counter :) The staff was very nice, the lady explained everything I needed, shared my experiences with me and advised me not only on the plants I bought but also on those I already have at home. (one of them is also a coke that I have from here and it has been growing beautifully around my room for two years now) Thanks for everything, I definitely stand up again :)
