★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will only find Swedish products, no surprise there of course... The store is very nice and clean. Friendly staff. A pleasure to visit. If you miss swedish food, it is absolutely the place to go to. Prices might seem a little higher than other products in the Czech republic but certainly not crazy, and just a little higher than you would see in Sweden. Only little complain or rather suggestion is to bring in Danish products! Just change the ö to ø and you are in business ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude sales woman who can not stand having people with headphones on inside the shop. Aggressively told me to take them off, because "she might speak to me". The same happened to my friend in an absolutely different day. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

She followed me around the shop, standing a meter away from me, and to my sarcastic question if she thinks am there to steal, she said she will make sure I will not..

I’ve been to the store two times and both of the times I’ve been greeted with Prauges worst customer service. The cashier (old lady) treats me like a thief following me around the store. This makes the shopping experience very uncomfertable. The cashier does not speak a word English.
After paying for my items I realized I needed a bag. I asked the lady for a bag and she said it was 5 Kč, I did not have any cash on me only card. When asking to pay with card she screamed no card at me in Czech. She then gave me this sign: ?♀️ signaling that I will have to carry all my items (they did not fit in my jacket). I get I have to pay for the bag but after buying multiple items and not letting me get a bag for free or letting me pay by card is not nice.
The entire shop looks like the toilet paper isle at the begining of covid. Severeal shelves are completley empty and most of the shelves are bareley filled 20% with items.
I do not reccommend this shop and I will not come back. Please get this lady a customer service course!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide variety of Swedish food next to the Vodičkova tram stop. No longer do you need to trek out to IKEA, now you can buy all the Swedish fish, Swedish meatballs, and other delicious delicacies in the middle of Prague (only one stop away from Vaclavske namesti).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier lady should be polite and friendly. She speaks in a passive aggressive manner - this is unacceptable. Looking at all old reviews, it makes me think that the owner doesn’t really care who’s selling their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store with Swedish products. The sales lady doesnt speak English and she tried to charge me full price for a discounted pack of biscuits... when i noticed and mentioned, she corrected it. Weird place.
