★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier (same Vietnamese woman) tried to rip me off. At first didn't acknowledge to have given me 200 Kc change back. Then she let me wait to rewind on the CCTV (hoping I'd not be patient enough to reclaim my money).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour is terrible! After buying some goods, something happened that made me to return to the shop in 15 minutes to return them back. Regular situation, nothing difficult. But that Vietnamese woman didn't want to accept it (she didn't give me a bill, for Vietnamese shops it's ok), claiming she didn't know how to make it, kinda in aggressive way, I said that I have right to return my purchasing but she started to shout at me, "tykat" ("ty" what means you, is Czech pronoun, which is informal way of communication with friends and close people) and said me to shut up. In the end she gave me my money back. I was so angry that all my politeness and patience disappeared and I told her to go back to Vietnam is she cannot communicate with clients.
