 Terrible, I recommend to think about the management of this branch. They make a bad name otherwise good to Česká Spořitelna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chvilku jsem si řikal, že kurz 16 Kč/€ neni vlastně tak špatnej...určitě lepší než to půlhodinový čekání ve frontě, kdy přede mnou vzali pani, která si spletla přepážku.
I thought for a while that the exchange rate of 16 CZK / € is not really that bad ... certainly better than the half-hour waiting in the queue when they took the lady who mistook the counter in front of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už nikdy !! Otřesné chování , nepříjemný přístup k zákazníkovi , řekla že má na radě další paní a nebyla jsem u ní ani 5 minut - hrůza !! Určitě změním tuto pobočku anebo i banku ! Neprofesionální !

Never !! Terrible behavior, unpleasant approach to the customer, she said that another lady was on the board and I was not with her for 5 minutes - horror !! I will definitely change this branch or even the bank! Unprofessional!
