★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smutný zážitek se synem při snaze založit k 15tinám účet. V sobotu 4.9 jsem byl se synem na pobočce Air bank ve Vodičkové ulici. Personál ochotně přeskočil aby vše vyřídil. To že jsem chtěl být přímo přítomen už nebylo tak příjemné. :-( Každopádně snaha založit účet skončila po druhém pokusu, kdy to personal vzdal s vysvětlením že mají nějaký technický problém. Máme přijít třeba za hodinku...dvě. Čekat až budou mít vše v pořádku se nám nechtělo a dobře jsme udělali. Až večer přišla synovi SMS že má nedokončený úkon k založení a posilaji kód k dokončení. Vzhledem k věku a nutnosti ověření podle OP byla SMS už bezpředmětná. Účet si syn založil online u Equa bank, bez složitosti, osobní návštěvy a ještě má výběr ze všech bankomatů zdarma, což u Air bank není. :-(
 A sad experience with a son trying to open a 15-year account. On Saturday, September 4, I was with my son at the Air bank branch in Vodičková Street. The staff willingly jumped to take care of everything. The fact that I wanted to be present was no longer so pleasant. :-( Anyway, the attempt to open an account ended after the second attempt, when the staff gave it up with an explanation that they have a technical problem. We have to come in an hour ... two. In the evening, the son received an SMS that he had an unfinished action to set up and send the code to complete.Due to the age and the need to verify according to the OP, the SMS was no longer valid.The account was created online by Equa bank, without complexity, personal visits and still has a choice of all ATMs for free, which is not with Air bank :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistent Tom - maximální profesionalita a ochota. Vstoupili jsme do prázdné pobočky a hned se nás na 20 minut ujal a prošel celé internetové bankovnictví, spárování, reset hesel, novou platební kartu. Žádné zbytečné služby mi nevnucoval. Kvalitní služba. Mohu jen doporučit.
Assistant Tom - maximum professionalism and willingness. We entered an empty branch and immediately took over for 20 minutes and went through the entire internet banking, pairing, resetting passwords, a new payment card. He did not force any unnecessary services on me. Quality service. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hop nebo trop - takhle bych někdy popsal servis a ochotu zdejšího personálu. Jindy mi zde jedinci vyhoví skoro se vším a podají správné informace a po druhé si přijdu na návštěvě v zoo. Chybí komunikace mezi call centrem a pobočkami - informace, které jsem dostal z centra následně byly úplně jinak, než-li když jsem přišel na pobočku. Zbytečná cesta - totálně a pokud nastavíte zrcadla chladné čumáku - urazí se. Chápu - když to nejsou Vaše peníze - proč by se člověk snažil, že? :)
Hop or trop - this is how I would sometimes describe the service and willingness of the local staff. Other times, the individuals here will satisfy almost everything and give me the right information, and secondly, I will come to visit the zoo. There is no communication between the call center and the branches - the information I received from the center subsequently was completely different than when I came to the branch. The unnecessary journey - totally and if you set the mirrors cold nose - will be offended. I understand - if it's not your money - why would one try, right? :)
