★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banka pro klidné období, když je dobře tak je vše ok, ale když je třeba akutně něco řešit, tak nelze banku písemně na pobočce informovat o ničem. Jsem zklamán.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodnocení banky jako celku? Naprostá spokojenost. Tohle jsem nezažil u žádné ...ční banky ani u nových internetových. Naprosto vstřícný přístup jak na pobočce tak i přes telefon.
Výborné internetové bankovnictví a hlavně, při jakémkoliv dotazu vás hned neposílají na pobočku. Prostě to jde. Je to tak jednoduché.
Tato pobočka má jeden bankomat venku a dva vkladomaty uvnitř. Pokladnu Air Bank nevedou. Vklad peněz je pravda trochu zdlouhavý, ale uživatelské prostředí softwaru bankomatu to kompenzuje.
Na pobočce je samozřejmostí čaj/kafe a voda a vždy se vás někdo ujme nebo vás informuje o stavu klientů před vámi. Žádné bloudění.
Jednají tu s vámi jako s lidmi, ne jako s dojnými krávami.
Evaluation of the bank as a whole? Absolute satisfaction. I have not experienced this with any bank or new Internet. Absolutely helpful access both at the branch and over the phone.
Excellent internet banking and most importantly, they do not send you to a branch at any time. It just works. It's so simple.
This branch has one ATM outside and two ATMs inside. They don't keep the Air Bank cashier. Depositing money is a bit tedious, but the ATM software user interface compensates for it.
At the branch there are of course tea / coffee and water and you will always be taken care of or informed about the status of clients in front of you. No wandering.
They treat you here as human beings, not as dairy cows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vydal jsem se zde po negativní zkušenosti z pobočky v Palladiu, kde mě ani po 20-ti minutách nebyl nikdo schopen obsloužit. Zde se mi hned někdo začal věnovat. Personál velmi znalý a příjemný. Vyřešil jsem vše co jsem potřeboval a také ochotně zodpověděli všechny mé dotazy. Tuto pobočku určitě doporučuji.
I went here after a negative experience from the branch in Palladium, where even after 20 minutes no one was able to serve me. Here, someone immediately started paying attention to me. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I solved everything I needed and they were also happy to answer all my questions. I definitely recommend this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem u Air Bank necelý rok a zatím jsem se službami velmi spokojen. Určitě přechodu k této bance nelituji. Pokud jde o osobní návštěvu, chodím pouze do této pobočky, i když není nejblíž mému bydlišti.
Personál je vstřícný a velmi se vám věnuje. Vyřešil jsem vše co jsem potřeboval nejen já, ale i mí rodiče. Tuto pobočku doporučuji.
I am with Air Bank for less than a year and I am very satisfied with the services. I'm sure I'm not sorry for the transition to this bank. As for a personal visit, I only go to this branch, even if it is not closest to my place of residence.
The staff is helpful and dedicated to you. I solved everything I needed, not only me but my parents. I recommend this branch.
