★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. It happened twice to me that some bank systems didn't work, when I was trying to open the account/purchase insurance from them and I was assured that the bank clerk will call me in the following days to finalize the work (I have a person assigned to my account).
Of course, it never happened, twice. So you have to go back and waste your time again. Because obviously you have no better things to do than going to banks every day. And that's for the platinum card holders...
Can't imagine how they treat their other clients ?
