Nadchlo me, ze jsem nebyl zastrelen na prahu, jako v jinych optikach kdyz jsem neprisel koupit obroucky. They willingly grinded the screen into a photo adapter for 2 hundred. I was thrilled that I wasn't shot in the doorway, like other opticians, when I didn't come to buy rims.

Ať se jedná o měření zraku, výběr brýlí nebo opravy, člověk má pocit, jakoby službu dělali pro sebe, takový si dávají záležet. Zákazník je jim nadevše. Přístup, který se v ČR zas až tak často nevidí. Zároveň mi vždy ochotně poradili nebo opravili brýle jinde neopravitelné za až neuvěřitelnou cenu. Nejlepší optika! Optics with personal and professional approach. Děkujeme a optiku vřele doporučujeme. Very professional and at the same time pleasant behavior. Personál mi nejen pomohl s výběrem obrouček ale i perfektně přeměřili zrak a vybrali mi vhodné čočky do brýlí. Brýle používám již týden a vidím výborně na všechny vzdálenosti. Personal má profesionální a milý přístup. Rozhodně doporučuji. I had my first multifocal glasses made in the store.
