Nejen, že pro mě vykouzlili čas hned druhý den od zavolání, ale také slíbili, že brýle budu mít už s sebou na cestu, v což jsem ani nedoufala. Při mé návštěvě oči pečlivě přeměřili a skla vyladili do absolutní špičky. Moc příjemní lidé a prostředí, ráda se vrátím.
 I came to the optician with a recommendation for remote glasses about 10 days before the trip to Peru. Not only did they conjure up a time for me the very next day after the call, but they also promised to have my glasses with me on the trip, which I didn't even hope for. During my visit, they carefully re-measured the eyes and adjusted the glasses to the absolute top. Very nice people and environment, I'm happy to be back.

The whole family buys glasses only here. Nice, helpful and especially patient staff - especially when we choose glasses for daughters, which is sometimes annoying ? In addition, they have a great selection in the children's department ?? We can recommend to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál byl neochotný, chtěli jsme od paní poradit, řekla nám, ať si prostě vybereme to, co se nám líbí. Člověk čeká odbornou radu a dostane chování ve stylu samoobsluhy - vyber si sám. Situaci zachránila mladá slečna, která byla ochotná, ale přesto jsme odcházeli rozladěni.
Brýle jsou navíc v policích položené ledabyle, některé byly upatlané.
