J	Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerné, ve spěchu cestou do kina jsem si zde chtěl objednat čočky, stejné jako už 3x předtím, ujistil jsem se slovně, že cena bude stejná a termín dodání standartní, načež jsem vykasíroval 500kč,- zálohu. Když jsem se po měsíci sám připomněl s dotazemj jestli náhodou nepřišli mé čočky (nikdo se neobtěžoval mne uvědomit) zjistil jsem že ano, dorazili. Cena nicméně velmi hrubě neodpovídala předchozím objednávkám, konkétně byla o více než 100% vyšší. Nikdo se semnou nebavil, čočky mi nevydali a zálohu jsem samozřejmě zpět také nedostal. Ostudné chování takové značky, vyhýbám se obloukem. Terrible, in a hurry on the way to the cinema I wanted to order lenses here, the same as three times before, I made sure verbally that the price will be the same and the delivery date standard, then I cashed 500 CZK, - deposit. When I reminded myself after a month asking if my lenses had accidentally arrived (no one bothered to realize me) I found out that they had arrived. However, the price did not correspond very roughly to previous orders, it was more than 100% higher. Nobody enjoyed me, lent me and l didn't get the deposit back. Shameful behavior of such a brand, avoiding the arc.

I have some glasses from here. I'm not saying that I'm their regular customer, but they have a nice glasses and a great choice. So sometimes I check it out here too ...

Rozhodoval jsem se zda raději neodejdu a popravdě kdyby měli velikost těchto brýlí i jinde, odešel bych. Today I bought sunglasses, in a mix of shop assistant ok but the security guard is incredibly unprofessional. I decided if I'd rather not leave and, in fact, if they had the size of these glasses elsewhere, I would have gone.

Po požádání o opravu jsem měl za 5 minut brýle krásně opravené, bez placení. Mockrát děkuji za super milý servis, mám to u Vás! Díky! Unfortunately, out of focus, I sat down with my glasses and both my legs bent (fortunately everything else stayed fine). After requesting a repair, I had my glasses beautifully repaired in 5 minutes, without paying. Thank you so much for the super nice service, I have it with you! Thanks!

Poprvé jsem něco takového uskutečnil a říkal jsem si, že jsem to tak měl udělat už dávno. I left here to make prescription sunglasses. I am excited about traveling and driving. The first time I made something like that and I thought that I had done so long ago.

Po úvaze jsem zrušil termín vyšetření zraku a brýle si koupím jinde. Visit the store on May 1, 2022 in the afternoon. Unprofessional approach of the saleswoman, I felt that I was bothered by every question. After deliberation, I canceled the date of the eye examination and I will buy glasses elsewhere.
