A	AT Salv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vybrala jsem si nové brýle v provozovně Erste optik na Tylově nám. Praha 2. Potřebné zaměření brýlí bylo provedeno na pobočce v Pze 5. Pracovnice mě tedy přeměřila přístrojově různými přístroji. Následně při převzetí brýlí jsem však neviděla ostře a nezdálo se mi to v pořádku. (velmi dobře znám potřebu zvyku na nové brýle po 20 ti letech nošení). Reklamovala jsem proto brýle až po několika dnech. Při této reklamaci mě znovu přeměřili. Asi druhý den mi pracovnice telefonovala a omluvila se, že udělala "chybičku", a že se mi brýle bude snažit přednostně vyřešit. Na vyřízení reklamace jsem čekala 40 dní! (údajně mi posílali sms, která mi však nedorazila) a dovolili si mně říct, že jsem asi byla na dovolené, což nebyla pravda. Vyreklamované brýle mi pak seděly podstatně lépe už při prvním nasazení. V reklamačním protokolu bylo však napsáno, že chyba u nich nebyla a že to bylo způsobeno - laicky řečeno - špatným posazením brýlí na nosu, a že v rámci zákaznické spokojenosti mi tedy čočky přebrousili. Závěr: To, že mě v optice nedokážou změřit na první pokus je neodborné, a to že mi nedokážou zavolat ani kvůli vyřízení reklamace, ale vymlouvají se na smsky, je neprofesionální! I chose new glasses in the Erste optik shop in Tylovo nám. Prague 2. The necessary aiming of the glasses was carried out at a branch in Pze 5. The worker then measured me with different instruments. Subsequently, when I took the glasses I did not see sharply and I did not seem right. (I know the need for new glasses after 20 years of wearing). So I complained about glasses after a few days. During this complaint they checked me again. About the next day the worker called me and apologized for making a mistake and trying to solve my glasses as a matter of priority. I waited 40 days for processing the complaint! (allegedly they sent me an SMS, but it didn't arrive) and they allowed me to say I was on vacation, which wasn't true. The glazed glasses fit me much better when I first deployed. However, it was written in the complaint protocol that there was no mistake and that it was caused - in layman's terms - by the wrong positioning of the glasses on my nose, and that, to the satisfaction of my customers, my lenses were regrinded. Conclusion: The fact that they are not able to measure me at the first attempt in optics is unprofessional, and that they can not call me even to settle the complaint, but excuse the messages, is unprofessional!

Je jen pár kroků od nákupního centra, kde se o vás řetězcový podnik sice postará zdarma, ale ani zlomkem tak kvalitně, jako tady. O co příjemnější překvapení pro dámy, když si nasadí skvostně vyčištěné brýle od usměvavého a příjemného mladého muže ;). Beautiful interior, professional service at the highest level. It is only a few steps from the shopping center, where the chain company will take care of you for free, but not in a fraction as well as here. How much more pleasant a surprise for ladies when they put on magnificently cleaned glasses from a smiling and pleasant young man;).

Budou se Vám věnovat na 100%, přitom ale nemáte pocit, že se Vám někdo snaží vnutit produkt za každou cenu. I warmly recommend! You will find professional assistance in a pleasant environment. They are not afraid to design suitable solutions, but also respect the customer's opinion / needs / wishes. You will be 100% dedicated, but you do not feel that someone is trying to impose the product at any cost.
