Docela neprijemna odbarvena bloncka...ptali jsme se na opravu bryli, cena opravy docela vysoka ..nabidla 500 kc za praci technika-vymenu jednoho sklicka..jinde jsme nasli za 250 kc ale to by nevadilo ceny se ruzni akorat k tomu jeste poznamenala ze na tak slabe dioptrie mame moc drahe sroubovane obroucky nebo neco v tom smyslu..co to je za kec?!
Quite unpleasant bleach bloncka ... we asked for repair bryli, the price of repair quite high ..above 500 kc for work technique-swapping one glass..jinde we found for 250 kc but it would not matter the prices are different just yet to note that on such a weak diopter we have too expensive to screw the rim or something in the sense.

Pani prodavacka me nejdriv vynadala, ze jsem si prisel zasilku vyzvednout az po 6 dnech, protoze je preci drzi jen tyden, a pak jeste jednou, protoze jsem zapomel zadat PIN. Pojud se zase chceme citit jako za socializmu, tak sem zavitejte.
The saleswoman first scolded me for coming to pick up the shipment after only 6 days, because it only holds them for a week, and then again, because I forgot to enter my PIN. We want to feel like we have socialism again, so come here.

Velmi příjemná obsluha, která vše ohledně otázek na kontaktní čočky ochotně zodpověděla. Dokonce zde přijímají Sodexo kartu MojeBenefity.
Very friendly staff who answered all questions about contact lenses. Even here they accept Sodexo's MojeBenefity card.

V této optice jsem si koupila brýle. Brýle mi pořád dobře nesedí. Když jsem se tam vrátila poprvé, tak lehce utáhli šroubek, ale změna nula. Dnes jsem tam šla znova a paní prodavačka (postarší blond) seděla v zadní místnosti a telefonovala (tipla bych soukromý hovor, ale nejsem si 100% jistá). Když mě teda zahlédla tak s mobilem přišla, mluvila dál do telefonu a na mě ,,Co chcete?!´´ sundala jsem brýle než jsem stačila něco říct tak na mě vybafla ,,nemám tu technika´´ a já se nedechla že něco řeknu a ona opět ,,Nemám tu technika!!´ načež se otočila na podpadku, odešla a dál si telefonovala. To není poprvé co mě přístup této paní zarazil, pokaždé je arogantní, povýšená a nepříjemná. Brýle zde stáli dost tisíc a aby mě někdo takto naprosto odbyl, na to nejsem zvědavá. Opakovaně špatný servis, brýle si kupte jinde.
I bought glasses in this optics. My glasses still don't fit well. When I returned there for the first time, they lightly tightened the screw, but the change was zero. Today I went there again and the saleswoman (elderly blonde) was sitting in the back room and making a phone call (I would guess a private call, but I'm not 100% sure). So when she saw me, she came with her mobile phone, talked on the phone and said to me, "What do you want?!" I took off my glasses before I could say anything, so I said "I don't have the technology" to me and I didn't breathe to say something. and she said, "I don't have the technique !!", then she turned on her heel, left, and kept calling. This is not the first time this lady's approach has stopped me, she is always arrogant, haughty and unpleasant. The glasses cost a thousand here, and I'm not curious about anyone leaving me like that. Repeatedly bad service, buy glasses elsewhere.

Paní prodavačka mi vysvětlila hned při příchodu do obchodu, že brýle se na hlavě nenosí, moc příjemným tónem a při tom mi ještě tykala. Přisli jsme s přitelem koupit nové brýle a upravit nožičky. Hned jsem paní zastavila a řekla jí, že sní nehodlám komunikovat, mlela dál ale my už sme byli dávno na odchodě. Co řict, stará kráva.
The saleswoman explained to me as soon as I arrived at the store that the glasses were not worn on my head, in a very pleasant tone, and at the same time she was still touching me. My friend and I came to buy new glasses and adjust our legs. I immediately stopped the lady and told her that I was not going to communicate, she kept grinding but we were long gone. What to say, old cow.

Kupuji si zde čočky. Mají levný e-shop, dodání do dvou dnů. Web trochu zastaralý, obsluha vypadá, že má hodně práce a možná by tu mělo být o člověka navíc. Jinak spokojenost.
I buy lenses here. They have a cheap e-shop, delivery within two days. The site is a bit outdated, the staff seems to have a lot of work to do and maybe there should be an extra person. Otherwise satisfaction.

If I could, I would have given a zero. Limited selection and at the end, after paying for sunglasses, they did not give a case..! If you want a case, it costs extra. Frankly, this is the first time in my life, I hear that a pair of sunglasses comes without a case.. Very negative impression...

If I could rate it with zero stars I totally would. This shop lacks in service. The shop assistants are extremely rude and unhelpful. The quality of the glasses is just sad, went to this optic two years ago bought new glasses that cost me a fortune after a year the frame cracked while i had them on my face, didn't fall anywhere always kept them safe and the just at one time I heard a crack and then there is a hole in my frames. Went to the optic for help they told me it was my fault and they can't help with that, so had to chose and pay full price for another frame. Not even a year passed with these new frames and the same problem occured... Not even a year but longer then 6 months, went to the shop again already knowing they wouldnt do anything or help me with it in any way I went anyways. The assistant didn't much look at the glasses heard I've had them for at least a year and immediately told me about the six months policy (I quote: "If the fault doesnt occur within 6 months from the purchase it's not the optic's fault but the byuers"). So I guess that the terrible quality of the frames is my fault because I've obviously made them or what. The assistant told me to come in two days because the technician would be there and would tell me if it's fixable... Last time with the same problem he said it's unfixable and had to change new frames. The assistant told me that the frames can be changed so I've just laughed in her face and went. Fixed the glasses in an optic servis on wait for few coins. In conclussion, I wouldn't recommend this shop to anybody, better run the other way and find a different optic.
