★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navsteva FOKUS OPTIK v Brne/Avion ma nadchla, najma pre svoj efektivny priebeh a expertizu, s ktorou som sa stretol. Pani (veduca predajne) ma elegantne presvedcila na ramy, ktore su z kategorie o ktorej som vzdy snil no nikdy nenasiel obrucku, ktora by mi sadla na 100%. Bola mi skvelym sprievodcom, od ramov, cez meranie az po vyber skiel, prijemne a trpezlivo reagovala na moje roznorode otazky. Jej odpovede neboli strohe, mali odbornu vahu, v kazdom slove odovzdala cast svojho poznania a skusenosti. Naozaj perfektneee. Takto si predstavujem "zakaznicku skusenost” v optike. Urcitem zazdielam aj osobne so svojou rodinou a znamymi.
I was thrilled to visit FOKUS OPTIK in Brno / Avion, especially for its effective course and expertise that I met. The lady (the store manager) gracefully convinced me of the frames that I had always dreamed of, but never found a picture that would fit me 100%. She was a great guide to me, from the shoulders, through the measurement to the selection of the glass, responding pleasantly and patiently to my disparate questions. Her answers were not austere, they had a professional weight, and in every word she passed on part of her knowledge and experience. Really perfect. This is how I imagine "customer experience" in optics, and I certainly also personally share my family and acquaintances.
