Absolute satisfaction. My wife and I have been coming here for years. Both saleswomen are experts in their place! They are always willing and honest to advise, I appreciate that. More such shops with such staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak takhle si nějak představuji servis, když si chci něco koupit. V prodejně jsem byla poprvé, paní prodavačka se mě hned ujala (podle všeho majitelka). Byla velmi milá, ochotná, se vším mi poradila, přidala pár rad navíc, které by mě ani nenapadly. Velmi ráda se sem vrátím. Původně jsem se jen přišla kouknout, ale byla jsem tak nadšená, že mi vůbec nevadilo odejít z poněkud lehčí peněženkou. Rozhodně mě nikdo k ničemu nenutil, byla to moje svobodná vule, ale kde jinde to koupit, když to potřebuji a tady jsem získala pocit, že kupuju to, co je pro mě nejlepší (dobrá kvalita za odpovídající cenu), žádné nekvalitní věci, které se brzy rozpadnou a já si pak jenom rvu vlasy. Zkrátka naprostá spokojenost. I po pul roce od nákupu.
This is how I somehow imagine the service when I want to buy something. I was in the store for the first time, the saleswoman immediately took me in (apparently the owner). She was very nice, willing, she helped me with everything, she added a few extra pieces of advice that I wouldn't even think of. I would love to come back here. At first, I just came to take a look, but I was so excited that I didn't mind leaving a slightly lighter wallet at all. Definitely no one forced me to do anything, it was my free will, but where else to buy it when I need it and here I got the feeling that I am buying what is best for me (good quality for the right price), no poor things that they soon fall apart and then I just tear my hair. In short, complete satisfaction. Even after half a year since purchase.
