★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato fontána z roku 2007 patří do zcela unikátního a ojedinělého souboru olomouckých kašen. Je zasvěcena katolickému knězi Janu Sarkandrovi, který byl v těchto místech umučen. Stalo se tak na počátku třicetileté války. V té době stála Olomouc na straně vzbouřených stavů proti habsburskému císaři Ferdinandu II. Jan Sarkander i přes nelidsky kruté mučení trval na své nevině, zpovědní tajemství neporušil. Zemřel na následky mučení v březnu 1620.
Jeho socha byla umístěna na sloup Nejsvětější trojice, i když za svatého byl prohlášen až v roce 1995.
 This fountain from 2007 belongs to a completely unique and unique set of Olomouc fountains. It is dedicated to the Catholic priest Jan Sarkander, who was martyred in these places. It happened at the beginning of the Thirty Years' War. At that time, Olomouc sided with the rebellious states against the Habsburg Emperor Ferdinand II. Despite inhumanly cruel torture, Jan Sarkander insisted on his innocence, he did not break the secret of confession. He died as a result of torture in March 1620.
His statue was placed on the pillar of the Holy Trinity, although it was not declared a saint until 1995.
