Relaxing (understand not overcrowded) shop with nice girls behind the counter ? Although somewhat smaller spaces, they do what they can as much as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ První objednávka - super, vše ok. Bohužel mi neseděla velikost bot a manželovi byla krátká bunda a jelikož obchod nabízí výměnu, tak jsem jí využila. Vyměněné produkty přišli rychle - taky super. Bohužel bunda poškozená a boty také. Bundy vracím, boty chci vyměnit, protože velikost sedí, ale jsou poškozené. Paní mi volá, že nebude posílat zboží furt sem tam a vystaví mi dobropis - okay?? Zákaznický servis co se týče komunikace není tedy příliš silnou stránkou obchodu, co se týče rychlosti odeslání a reakce, tak po této stránce bylo vše v pořádku.
First order - great, everything ok. Unfortunately, the size of my shoes didn't suit me and my husband had a short jacket, and since the store offers an exchange, I took advantage of it. The exchanged products came quickly - also great. Unfortunately the jacket is damaged and so are the shoes. I return the jackets, I want to change the shoes because the size fits but they are damaged. The lady is calling me not to send the goods here and there and will issue me a credit note - okay ?? Customer service in terms of communication is therefore not a very strong aspect of the business in terms of speed of delivery and response, so everything was fine in this respect.
