Frogpack a facut tot posibilul ca serviciile sa fie prestate in conditii bune. In definitiv, calitatea unui furnizor se remarca mai ales in momentele dificile. I was unlucky with a delayed delivery, delivered in two different packages. I return to the post: In the end the delivery was complete. Frogpack did its best to provide the services in good condition. Ultimately, the quality of a supplier stands out especially in difficult times.

J	Jakub Šilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smutné. Řešil jsem s nimi zakázku krabic na míru. Ze začátku komunikace skvělá, obdržel jsem i vzorek. Pak jsem chtěl krabice objednat a už to šlo z kopce. Obchodní zástupkyně ve firmě patrně skončila a od té doby jejich přístup ke komunikaci spadl na nulu. Několikrát jsem se do firmy nedovolal. Psal jsem pár emailů. Když jsem se dovolal, byla mi přislíbena reakce. Reakce samozřejmě nikdy nedorazila. Pochopil bych, že se ve firmě změnily některé interní záležitosti a proto nejsou schopni moji zakázku dokončit. Nikdo mi však nikdy tuto informaci nesdělil! Pořád jsem žil v domnění, že se těch krabic třeba někdy dočkám. Pokud nejste schopni moji zakázku dokončit, tak mi to napište, stačí krátký email. Neignorujte svoje zákazníky. Děkuji za promrhaný čas. Jdu poptávat krabice jinde. Sad. I solved a custom-made box order with them. Great from the beginning of the communication, I also received a sample. Then I wanted to order the boxes and it went downhill. The sales representative in the company probably ended and since then their approach to communication has dropped to zero. I did not call the company several times. I wrote a few emails. When I called, I was promised a response. Of course, the reaction never arrived. I would understand that some internal matters have changed in the company and therefore they are not able to complete my order. But no one ever told me this information! I still lived in the belief that I would ever see those boxes. If you are not able to complete my order, write me, just a short email. Don't ignore your customers. Thank you for the wasted time. I'm going to ask for boxes elsewhere.

I understand there can be issues with stock items or delivery time, but I contacted them 3 or 4 times, and they kept lying saying that my order will be shipped “tomorrow”. All I wanted to know, everytime I contacted them, was an estimated time delivery. Just don t say you will deliver tomorrow if you are not willing to. Please understand that your customers are probably small business owners too and they are counting on your services and products. I would have very much appeeciated if someone from your team in Romania would have said: “Hi, your order will take 11 days to be shipped.” And I would have said, “Ok, I understand.” I would have bought enough packaging boxes from another shop until those from Frogpack would arrive and this review and my dissapointment would not exist. I placed an order on 21 April and I am still waiting for it.
