★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and nice staff in a modern gym with tons of equipment. Great for tourists and locals alike but try to avoid the peak hours of 5 until 7 as it does get very crowded. They even have a complimentary sauna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I forgot a cream, the next day I asked the cleaning lady and she told me that she found it, we went to look for it and no one had it anymore, that's not good at all, I understand that everyone takes care of their things, but how It is possible that they cannot keep it for a single day and more if they have found it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best gym in Smichov neighborhood, top notch modern equipment, especially the threadmilss! Very clean environment, especially the bathrooms! Friendy staff, totally recommended! Plus it's inside the Smichov shopping mall, so you can always grab some food, if you are hungry after the workout!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great! But the receptionists need a FULL COURSE on customer care and manners! So impolite, bitter and unprofessional... they are a bunch of young girls that have their first job and they don't even know how to greet people, it makes me so disappointed and furious to come everyday and see their angry boring faces treating all customers like we are guests in their house! Well, NO! We are customers and we deserve respect! Please management fire them all as they are destroying the image and reputation of a nice gym chain!

I would highly recommend to attend Body Pump Karel on Fridays at 11:00 ! He is the best instructor at the gym, pity he has only 1 class per week! Also Kristyna on Sundays morning, she is so passionate how she leads classes, impressive and Eva leading Body Pump in evenings, she is great, always positive and bring great mood to the group!
