Very bad level. Throughout dinner they could not clean the tables nearby. Chicken unfinished, duck heated ... Definitely not a 4 * level restaurant. Very not recommended.

Very disapointed ! For a restaurant located in a 4-star hotel we expect a minimum of quality. The dishes are bland and really not good. The presentation of the dishes is neat but the taste is not there! Moreover it is too expensive for what it is.

Katastrofalni uroven! The restaurant does play better, but service and food below average. They ordered us a bad food, servirka did not even explain the situation, then from odnasela tali (I had it even though it was other pasta) so that it ordered correctly but confused in the kitchen. Miserable food! Cesar salat with the cheapest ravioli dressing from the supermarket - I felt pleased in them. Dried lowcost parmesan, broth from pig. Fakt bleee. And prices like in the center of Prague. Incredible prices for such low quality. Stealing tourists and terrible food. I don't recommend anyone. You better go by taxi to the better restaurant.

Is very recommendable in the Hotel Duo, clean, nice staff. Only mango only Czech or English language possible. Otherwise you can't say anything negative about it .....

I agree with those who wrote here before me, this is really a disaster. Probably I would even give a two, but the prices ... ? Judging by the prices, the restaurant does not claim to be Michelin, of course, but the prices here are above average, respectively, and the expectations were the same. But this was the first place in Prague where it was really a pity for the money spent, because nothing was pleasant from dinner there, not even tea. ?In my opinion, it is not respectable in a restaurant of a 4-th hotel to bring a small teapot of boiling water and separately put a Dilmah tea bag next to it. ??‍♂️ But tea is such nonsense and it might have been overlooked if not for the kitchen. ? I ordered duck, wife goulash soup and Caesar salad with salmon. For the first time in my life, I ate a chicken-like duck. Its only plus was that there were a lot of ducks. Such a huge leg of tastelessly cooked duck-chicken. The menu says that it is fried, but it looks like it is stewed and boiled and terribly salty. Cabbage for a side dish is fine, I ate almost half of it. I am stronger than my wife, so I also ate almost all of the duck, but the potatoes, something like large croquettes or potato meatballs, were fried (apparently deep-fried) so that I could not master it. And I probably would not have devoted so much time to the poor duck if the waiter had not made it clear that the duck is just the pearl of their restaurant (literally I do not remember what he said). Now a wife. ? Goulash soup, a weird-looking slurry, actually justified its weird look. Here's how to manage to do this? Despite the fact that the soup is terribly salty, it still lacks flavor. It seems that all the meat was pulled out of it (there was practically no meat in the soup) and diluted with water. Now the word "goulash soup" causes a nervous laugh and a gag reflex in my wife. ? Caesar. The waitress brought the salad and thumped on the table when the wife was still struggling with the soup. I already forgot that it happens. This level of "service" is expected in some shop, but not in a restaurant. The wife did not master the soup and moved on to the salad. ? The grilled salmon in the salad was fried, or rather executed, in the same way as my potato meatballs, that is, to the state of the sole. And again, abundantly salted. And yes, I do not know how the caesar sauce is made in THIS restaurant, but it seems that the salad was dressed with stupid mayonnaise. But they have a lot of mayonnaise. ? The salad was practically floating in it. If I hadn’t tried the soup and salad, I wouldn’t have believed it. I would say that the wife is capricious and nagging. So it turns out that we didn't like absolutely nothing. ??‍♂️ I apologize for the large number of words, but otherwise it is impossible to convey the whole bouquet of sensations from "dinner". P.S. We did not dare to take dessert. ? suddenly it is slightly salty ...

Absolute catastrophe... Food unlovingly and tastefully disappointing. Service is almost non-existent. The staff didn't feel like entertaining guests. Better find another restaurant.
