★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A soulless corporate hotel in the middle of nowhere. There's nothing wrong with it per se but you'd need a really good reason to want to stay there. The only local facilities outside the hotel comprise a metro link and a bus stop. It's on the edge of a large housing estate, with no bars cafes or anything else as as an alternative to the hotel lounge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, provide good customer services. Hall's available for meeting and conferences. There is a bowling centre,gym, swimming pool, massage Spa. With breakfast for customers. There is a train station across for easy access to the city centre

Rooms are fine.
Food is delicious
Location is near a bus and tram stop
Social area
Cons:
The fridge in our room was not working.
There are just 5 keys in order to enter to the gym (because of covid)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two Irish women staying in this Hotel who travelled to Prague for their very first visit and what a pleasant stay it was in hotel duo. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. Nothing was of an inconvenience. The best hotel experience I’ve found with regards to customer service honestly. One member of staff in particular really made us so so welcome and put us at ease straight away that we would be well looked after was Muhammad. He went above and beyond with helping us getting all the information for our PSR tests to travel home. I would recommend hotel duo to all my friends who are travelling to Prague. Without a doubt. Thank you so much for your service ☺️☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hotel staff (and the manager of the hotel) are very welcoming and would assist you in any issue. the superior room was excellent as well.
The breakfast was rich and nice with fresh food.
2 min walk to the metro station, (10 min to the city center)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel - very convenient location - near the highway and the underground station. It is situated in a quiet and clean residential area.
Comfortable beds, clean rooms, fast lifts, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.
Highly recommended:-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, large parking, metro behind corner. Rooms are clean, breakfast better than in most Czech hotels.
Gym could be better, but not to worry if you really about to move a little.
Bathroom clean, towels fresh.
