★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme ubytovaní jen na jednu noc po koncertě. Personál příjemný a vstřícný. Pokoj čistý, na přespání dostačující, asi bychom navštívili znovu.
 We were staying only one night after the concert. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room clean, overnight enough, we would probably visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Из плюсов: полотенца, холодильник, кафе рядом, вай-фай есть.
Из минусов: тапочек нет, стаканов нет, телевизор не работал, уборку не делали, полотенца не менялись, днём очень громко стучали(делали какой-то ремонт), окна очень старые(плотно не закрывались), стоимость очень завышена.
From the pros: towels, refrigerator, cafe nearby, Wi-Fi is.
Of the minuses: no slippers, no glasses, the TV did not work, they did not clean, the towels were not changed, they knocked very loudly during the day (they did some repairs), the windows are very old (they did not close tightly), the cost is very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné místo na přespání například po akci v O2 aréně - 10 minut pěšky. Hezké čisté pokoje se sociálním zařízením. Pohodlné matrace, milá obsluha a celkově klidně prostředí. ?A jako bonus hned vedle pivovar Kilián s výbornou kuchyní.
A pleasant place to sleep, for example after an event in the O2 arena - 10 minutes on foot. Nice clean rooms with bathroom. Comfortable mattresses, friendly staff and an overall calm environment. ?And as a bonus right next to the Kilián brewery with excellent cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am horrified and even traumatized with my stay here! Not sure what kind of establishment this is… bad location, very dodgy check-in, extremely rude staff. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Overpriced too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really nice stay in this hotel. Staff was friendly, good breakfast and good prices. 10 minute walk to the metro. Would definitely go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 10 nights in very small but clean, comfy and very warm room. The amenities were quite poor (no fridge, no electric kettle) but when I asked for kettle there was no absolutely no problem (I got one directly from the store!) with that, so that was very kind of the owner. There is only one power socket but the owner was very thoughtful and brought me extension cord. Room service was perfect, tidying every day with perfection.
For disadvantages: toilet room was very very cold and although bathroom was very clean, there was a stinky smell because of the moisture. So it's better to keep bathroom door closed. Another thing is breakfasts - I didn't have a chance to taste them. First of all: if you're on business trip and need to eat very early, it's impossible. The earliest hour I bargained was 8am, and even when I was on time in the morning - the restaurant was closed and there was no one to open door for me. Even later around 8:30am it was still closed. Owner told me later that chef was waiting for me, but apparently he was late. So I gave up on breakfasts.
Waiters who also manage rooms, barely speak English, so have Google Translator ready ;) Owner and one waitress are the only people speaking English perfectly.
Despite all that, it's a good place for this price.
