★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poptávala jsem emailem v penzionu dvoulůžkový pokoj. Pan Kubeš mi napsal, že se v mém poptávaném termínu uvolnil pokoj a že mi jej zarezervuje. Souhlasila jsem a rezervaci mi následně pan Kubeš potvrdil. Po mém dotazu, kolik bude pobyt stát, mi byla sdělena cena vyšší než uvádí na svých stránkách. Když jsem se na rozdíl ceny zeptala, bylo mi sděleno, že pokoj je bohužel obsazen. Údajně se spletl... Ubytování může být fajn, ale přístup personálu je katastrofa.
 I inquired by email in the double room. Mr. Kubes wrote to me that my room was vacant and that he would reserve it for me. I agreed and Mr. Kubeš confirmed my reservation. After asking me how much the stay will cost, I was told the price higher than stated on their site. When I asked about the price difference, I was told that the room was unfortunately occupied. Reportedly wrong ... Accommodation can be fine, but staff access is a disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderní nově vybavený interiér, pohodlné postele, pěkné koupelny. Vše čisté, reprezentativní. Ráda příště přijedu zase. V porovnání s ostatními ve stejné cenové kategorii jednoznačně bezkonkurenční. Jako bonus navíc ještě vlastní parkoviště, které se na noc zamyká.
Modern newly equipped interior, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Everything clean, representative. I'll be back next time. Compared to others in the same price range clearly unequaled. As an added bonus, it also has its own parking lot, which is locked at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobry den ..... nechapem ako si pan Kubes moze napisat na svoju stranku ze jeho pokoje su Garsoniery lebo to vobec neni pravda... Na pokoji vubec neni kuchyna, pokoj je strasne skromne vybaven..... V skratke nazval by som to ze lepsia ubytovna nic jineeee. Pre ludi co su od rana do vecera v praci odporucujem pre ludi co tam chcu zit neodporucujem vubec. Personal je docela v pohode pani Konecna vam pomoze se vsem fakt super pani co sa ale zial neda povedat o Kubesovy ktory za vsetko chce davat pokuty. Takze zhrniem to ze pan Kubes zavadza s inzeratom co ponuka lebo jeho udajne garsonky nejsu vubec garsonky ale izba vybavena postelou a nabytkem a to je vse.... ziadna kuchyna, ziadna pracka , v prostoroch ziadna spolocna kuchynka ........
Good day ..... I do not understand how Mr. Kubes can write on his page from his room is Garsoniery because it is not true ... In the room there is no kitchen, the room is modestly equipped ..... i did it from better hostel nothing jineeee. For people who from morning to evening in the job I recommend for people what I want to live there not at all. Personal is pretty cool Mrs. Konecna will help you with all the really cool lady but what could not be said about Kubesovy who for everything wants to give fines. So sum it up from Mr. Kubes with the advertisements what offer because his allegedly studios are not at all studios but room equipped with a bed and furniture and it is all ... no kitchen, no buckle, no common kitchen in the area ....... .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximální spokojenost, skvělé bydlení za pár kaček a v dobré lokalitě.Možnost zvolit ubytování s kuchyní nebo bez cenový rozdíl 1000,-. Pro studenty nebo jednotlivce naprosto ideální volba bydlení. Možnost Wi-Fi připojení samozřejmostí.
Maximum satisfaction, great housing for a few ducks and in a good location. Option to choose accommodation with kitchen or no price difference 1000, -. For students or individuals absolutely ideal choice of housing. Possibility of Wi-Fi connection of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné bydlení s dobrým spojením do centra, tram, metro do 5 minut. V dosahu všechno potřebné včetně dvou supermarketu, Albert a Billa. Vlak za domem může trochu rušit, ale kvalitní okna ho dobre odfiltruji. Za mne pět hvezdicek.
Pleasant living with good connections to the center, tram, metro within 5 minutes. Within easy reach of everything you need, including two supermarkets, Albert and Bill. The train behind the house can be a bit disturbing, but the quality windows filter it well. Five stars for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite nice rooms, private with bathroom, however do not arrive on a weekend! Spent 2 hours getting into our rooms as you have to call them to get someone to open up on weekends and not a single word of English spoken. On top of that no card payments!
