★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only say - what a delicious breakfast! Every bread and bread roll I took was crispy and fresh! Lots of simple options with great taste. Staff welcoming and smiley, always topping up the food and taking care of used plates. This hotel definitely knows how to make your morning! Did not use the hotel for any other service - just breakfast! But after this experience I will definitely return and try the rest. Could only recommend! Enjoyyy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Carol was just what we expected! A nice calm city hotel close to the O2 stadium. Breakfasts were adequate, room was clean, the walls were thick enough for us to not hear the neighbors or the traffic. Bathroom was big with good lighting and both bathtub and shower. Receptionist and all the stuff was very nice. I have only one thing on my mind which we didn't like and that was the strong scent in our room. I don't know if it was coming from the carpet, or if it was some form of cleaner the cleaners used, but we just couldn't get it out of the room even after hours of having the windows open... :D But as I said, that's just a little thing, so five stars from me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel would recommend to anyone, o2 arena easy 5 minute walk if that it's right next the underground line which is really easy to use and ideal for visiting attractions as too far to walk into town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the hotel during our stay in Prague and were so pleased we did. The hotel is clean, comfortable, relaxing and very chilled. The rooms are comfortable (we stayed in the deluxe room on the third floor) and very spacious. The stand out for us was the friendliness of the staff and the customer service, nothing was too much trouble. It is also conveniently located - it is just 5 minutes from a large shopping centre with an abundance of restaurants and shops, and 5 minutes from the tube station. It took us just 10 minutes to get into the centre of Prague and was about £2 return. If you are looking for a place to stay in Prague but want a conveniently placed, decent hotel at great value with good customer service then this is a great option!
