★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijely jsme s přítelkyní do hotelu, kde jsme měly rezervaci (asi sva týdny dopředu) avšak stalo se, že hotel o naší rezervaci nevěděl. No horor, který jsme na dovolené nepotřebovaly. Chtely jsme si užít krásu moravských sklípků a teď to vypadalo, že asi pojedeme zpátky do Prahy na víno z Tesca.
Avšak stačil jeden asi deseti-/pátnáctiminutový hovor s moc příjemnou slečnou/paní z hotel.cz a měly jsme zarezervovaný nový pokoj, který, dovolím si říct, byl ještě hezčí než ten původní. Děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou a rychlé řešení problému.
 My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel, where we had a reservation (about two weeks in advance), but it so happened that the hotel did not know about our reservation. Well, the horror we didn't need on vacation. We wanted to enjoy the beauty of the Moravian cellars and now it looked like we would probably go back to Prague for wine from Tesco.
However, one ten- / fifteen-minute call with a very nice lady / lady from hotel.cz was enough and we had a new room booked, which, I dare say, was even nicer than the original one. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and a quick solution to the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to hostel ibex in Prague and it was the worst hostel I’ve ever been in my life. 0 hygiene, 0 security, 0 organisation. Everyone can enter in the rooms and you don’t have any place to put your things. Me and my friends asked for towels and the response was “we only have clean towels next week”. There are bugs everywhere in the bedrooms, including in beds. I went out with my friends and when I came back to go to bed there was one senior man sleeping in my bed (my things were in my bed) and he threw it away to the floor and the man refused to leave my bed saying it was his bed. The next morning I went to the reception to tell this and the answer was that they made a mistake and subscribed 2 persons for the same single bed.
