Although there were some critical mistakes like they didn't clean our room one day, we paid for breakfast but it was not included and we didn't have warm water for almost a day which we did had as a complain but they didn't make it up neither with the money or at least a small discount. Not a bad option the hotel is nice but my experience was not.
A	Aetherial DnB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean hotel in a relatively quiet area. The room and bathroom were spacious. Staff is friendly and helps you when you need something. The bed was a little bit hard. Biggest problems for me were the curtains. As soon as the sun comes up it will be light in your room. The rooms also get very hot.

We only stayed one night so we did not require anything major and this was perfect, but if you are planning on having a lot of luggage with you, make sure you ask for a larger room as our double had minimal space. Clean and relatively modern, also warm in the winter.
M	Michelle Oldread on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, clean hotel! The staff was very friendly and nice. We ended up arriving 2 hours early and they let us check in early since our room was ready. Our room was clean and spacious! It even had a "mini bar" in the room. The best part of the room was their bathroom. The bathroom was spacious, the shower was pretty spacious (for a European hotel), and the water pressure was amazing!! We didn't do the breakfast that they offered because we wanted to have breakfast in the square. The hotel is less than a half kilometer away from the metro and bus stop and easy to find. The only issue we had was with their "secure parking". When booking this room, we reserved a parking spot but when we checked in, they said that since we didn't call to confirm our parking reservation, their spots were already filled up (they only have 5 secure parking spots). However, they mentioned that they were located in a residential area and that it was a safe area to park on the street, which they were right. The street was calm and quite and we felt safe leaving our car there. When we visit Prague again, we will be staying at this hotel for sure!!!!!!!!!
