The worst hotel I have ever been. No air condition. A bad location. Don't book your stay over there

A bit unusual concept of a hotel in an apartment building. Rooms are quite nicely decorated with new and practical furniture. Offer of a breakfast that is ok for a price. Parking lot on the inner side of a building. Free internet but not the best connection, though. The staff is nice and polite, but only one or two of them speaking English. They could be a bit quicker in what they do.

DO NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL WORST TREATMENT EVER by a hotel staff, so bad that it deserves a detailed explanation. We arrived and the garage gate was closed. I then step into reception and tell the front desk clerk (a man around his 50s to 60s) that I have just arrived and would like to enter the garage, as it had been pre-booked, so that I could check in. This man asks me what is my room number (seriously?). I tell him I am arriving and don’t have a room number yet, but before I needed him to open the gate so that I could enter with my car and do the check-in. Because he could barely speak English let alone understand me, he freaked out. He literally lost his mind, started shouting at me and even punched the desk, talking non-sense as if I were the one not understanding him. It took me a while to make him understand this basic request and finally we were allowed to enter the garage and park the car. Still amazed with all his rudeness, we entered reluctant for the check-in. To our surprise, he was not even capable to operate the credit card machine (another punch at the desk followed when I showed him the card to pay for my stay). We had to wait and pay on the next day. We surely thought of changing to another hotel, but it was already late and during high season, so we avoided the hassle of finding another hotel last minute despite our tremendous disappointment and dissatisfaction. We even gave the hotel a second chance and thought the treatment would be better on the next day. Though we did not witness clear rudeness from the other receptionist, he didn't afford a simple smile, nor did he greet us. After paying for the stay and informing him that we had a communication problem on the day before when trying to enter the garage, this man showed no concern or interest whatsoever to know what had happened. Never in our lives have we been so mistreated and for no reason! Totally unacceptable. Unprepared and unbalanced staff. Basic training is definitely lacking.

Great place for people who travel with a budget. We got an apartment here that had 2 rooms, single bathroom and toilet. A small kitchen with a microwave and kettle. Everything was hygienic and clean. Superb breakfast facilities. Only con I saw was that not a lot of people here understand English, so to find out directions you'll have to rely on technology!
