Kdyz chcete koupit voucher, reaguje velmi rychle. domluva na terminu a opakované výmluvy, kdyz uz stojite před domem jsou uz horsi ... na vracení penez nereaguje uz vubec. Na sjednané místo nikdo nedorazil, jediný telefonní kontakt který jsme měli nikdo nezvedal. Nepodporujte dále tyhle podvodníky. Fakt hnus. NEKUPOVAT !! Probably a classic scam, buying a Voucher is not a problem, but the subsequent negotiation is useless. Nobody came to the agreed place, the only phone contact we had no answer. Do not further support these scammers. Really disgust.
L	Lenka Kubištová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto strašná a žádná úniková hra. Provozovna není nikterak označena. Rezervaci na únikovku jsme měli měsíc předem potvrzenou. Když jsme v den rezervace dorazili na místo, po kontaktování na telefonním čísle, které je uvedeno na webových stránkách i v potvrzovacím emailu, nám bylo pánem řečeno, že o rezervaci vůbec nic neví. Zavolá kolegům a dá nám vědět. Následně nám přišla pouze sms, že žádného pracovníka nemá a že je v Liberci. Telefon nám již pokaždé zavěsil. Po další sms nám přišla informace odkud jsme vzali jeho číslo, že již s hrou jen pomáhá. Nikdy více !!! Absolutely terrible and no escape game. The establishment is not marked in any way. We had the escape reservation confirmed a month in advance. When we arrived on the day of booking, after contacting the telephone number on the website and in the confirmation email, we were told by the master that he knew nothing about the reservation. He will call colleagues and let us know. Subsequently, we just sms that he has no worker and that he is in Liberec. The phone has already hung up for us. After another sms we received information from where we took his number, that it only helps with the game. Never more !!!
J	Jirka Zaruba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji tuto hru. Měli jsme ji objednanou a nikdo nám neotevřel nikdo nezvedal telefon a nikde nebyl ani označený zvonek nebo nápis. Celé to vypadá jako by to provozovatel ukončil a inkasuje peníze od lidí co si to koupí. Jsem zklamán!! I do not recommend this game. We had it booked and no one opened our phone, there was no bell or sign. The whole thing looks like the operator ended it and collects money from people who buy it. I am disappointed!!
M	Martina K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je spousta dobrých únikovek v Praze, ale tahle to není. Resp. určitě nestojí za ty peníze. Nějaké úvodní slovo do hry žádné. Zámky se dají samovolně otvírat, nápovědy v chybném pořadí, klíč jsme objevili náhodnou, abychom s ním otevřeli nápovědu, kde najít ten klíč, který jsme už našli, místo toho, aby tam byla nápověda kam se posunout dál... takže jsme se točili v kruhu a nevěděli co dál a kde hledat jiné klíče. Řekli jsme to do vysílačky klukům, že je tam asi nějaká chyba a že teď nevíme, co dál. Na konci hry řekli, že to řeší, ale že jsme tím prakticky skončili a měli zničenou celou únikovku si asi neuvědomili a omluva žádná. Baterka je do dvojice, takže ten druhý člověk ve dvojici bez baterky vlastně nemá celou dobu co dělat, kromě chvíle, kdy se pokouší otevřít zámek. Nechtěli jsme psát žádnou recenzi, až do chvíle, než od nich přišla smska, ať jim napíšeme dobrou recenzi, že jim konkurence kazí úmyslně hodnocení. To byl už opravdu vrchol. Takže tady ode mne jedna pravdivá recenze, ať nejste taky zklamaní jako my. There are plenty of good escapes in Prague, but this is not. Resp. certainly not worth the money. Any introductory word to play any. The locks can be spontaneously opened, help in the wrong order, the key we found random to open a hint with it, where to find the key we've found, instead of getting help where to move on ... so we spun in the circle and didn't know what to do and where to find other keys. We told the radio to the guys that there was some mistake and that we don't know what to do next. At the end of the game, they said they were dealing with it, but that we had practically finished and had destroyed the whole escape they probably didn't realize, and no excuse. The flashlight is paired, so the other person without a flashlight actually has nothing to do except the moment he tries to open the lock. We didn't want to write a review until they came from smska, let them write a good review that the competition is deliberately evaluating them. That was really the pinnacle. So here's a true review from me, so you're not too disappointed as we are.
