Po týdnu urgujete a ano podklady jsme dostali a děláme na tom, máme toho moc, ale ozveme se. Po týdnu opět urgujete i se stížností k vedení a ano ozvou se, že jste sprosťák, když si stěžujete, ale omlouváme se a dáme vědět. Za další dva dny telefon, omlouvám se, ale nesehnal jsem žádného znalce, máte smůlu.
