★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem zboží s osobním odběrem, jsem tady a je tu kompletně všechno zavřené. Na webu ani na prodejně ani zmínka o změně otevírací doby. Telefony nikdo nebere, na mobilních odmítání hovoru. Super :/
Doplnění: domluvil jsem se, že když jsem tam byl zbytečně (neměli nikdo označené že mají dovolenou), tak mi to pošlou bez poštovného. Paní mi to telefonicky potvrdila s tím, že to není problém. ALE! Zboží přišlo i s poštovným za 195,- Kč. Opravdu nejdražší poštovné v ČR a ještě jsem zabil přes 2 hodiny času a 120km v naftě, když tam nikdo nebyl. :(
Obecně: výrobky asi OK (vyzkouším), ale ostatní nic moc. :(( *rozčarování*
I ordered goods with personal collection, I am here and everything is completely closed. No mention of opening hours on the website or in the store. Phones nobody takes, on mobile rejecting a call. Super: /
Addition: I agreed that when I was there unnecessarily (they had no one marked that they have a vacation), so they will send me without postage. The lady confirmed it to me on the phone, saying that this is not a problem. BUT! Goods came with postage for 195, - CZK. Really the most expensive postage in the Czech Republic and I still killed over 2 hours of time and 120km in diesel when no one was there. :(
General: products about OK (I'll try), but others not much. : ((* disillusionment *)

I have been using a car tire from this company for 3 years now and I highly recommend it. It saved me a lot of money and time with solving bitten cables and insulation in the car, which I solved before in 2 new cars. Thank you very much!
