The building is currently in very poor technical condition. The plaster is fallen, the windows are broken and everything looks dilapidated. Obviously no one cares about the object, which is a great pity ...

A beautiful place in a place where no one might expect it. In the foothills of the Ore Mountains there are several really beautiful architectural monuments. The former Franciscan monastery in Bohosudov is one of them. The church is surrounded by a corridor with several chapels and the whole place has a very magical effect on people. Too bad only the current not very representative state. Perhaps everything will change soon, because this place could become a very important tourist destination.

První písemná zprávy o objektu bývalého františkánského kláštera pochází z roku 1670. Obdélná, patrová budova byla upravována v roce 1769 a následně o čtyři roky později. Je kryta valbovou střechou a její přízemí okrášluje polokruhový vjezd zaklenutý valenou klenbou s lunetami a rozeklaným frontonem. Okna má obdélná s přímou nadokenní římsou. The first written report of the former Franciscan monastery dates back to 1670. The rectangular, two-story building was renovated in 1769 and again four years later. It is covered with honeycomb roof and its ground floor is decorated with a semicircular entrance, curved by a vaulted arc with lunets. The windows are rectangle with a direct glazed ledge.
