Žádný problém s nimi nikdy nebyl a po nějaké době, kdy si okna sedly, tak jsem zavolal technika a když měl cestu kolem, okna seřídil, vysvětlil jak se dají poštelovat a že se musí každý rok mazat sprejem uvnitř kování, jinak se může zadřít a pak se musí celé vyměnit. We have had windows from them for several years and it is quality for a good price. There was never a problem with them, and after some time when the windows sat down, I called a technician and when he had a way around, he adjusted the windows, explained how they could be sent and that they had to be sprayed every year inside the fittings, otherwise they could get stuck and then the whole must be replaced.
L	Lenka Müllerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spíše nedoporučuji. Dvakrát přijeli měřit okna - stejně máme dveře 1,5 cm pod úrovní dlažby!! neprůhledná okna tam, kde neměla být. Poměrně dost vad při instalaci, některé neopravitelné. Estetické vady u dveří - vypadá to hrozně, a ano, na funkci to nemá vliv. Měli namontovat žaluzie, přijeli bez nich :-) Už bych si u nich okna nenechala dělat. Fakt hodně nervů a problémů. I rather do not recommend. They came to measure the windows twice - we still have doors 1.5 cm below the level of the tiles !! opaque windows where they shouldn't be. Quite a few defects during installation, some irreparable. Aesthetic defects at the door - it looks terrible, and yes, it does not affect the function. They had to install blinds, they came without them :-) I wouldn't let the windows be made for them anymore. Really a lot of nerves and problems.

Omluva žádná, nabídka náhradního termínu žádná. Jste lemplové, nedoporučuji. Today the owner had to come with his colleague to measure the windows, no one came. After urging the phone call, the guy said he was on vacation. No apology, no alternative offer. You are lapel, I do not recommend.
