★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful, a tip of 50Kc might not be enough here. The waitress expects a tip of at least 10%, and that after a turnover of 1500Kc for two persona. Otherwise you have to expect rolled eyes and she let you feel it. Unpleasant behavior after a nice evening. I am not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very surprised by this gem in P5, the interior is stunning with a renovation of an older building. Industrial modern look with exposed beams and beton. Theres multitudes of levels to choose seating from. Most of the place fills in pretty well they say. Reservations sometimes suggested in the peak hours of dining. This mesmerizing sing on the bar is trance i ducing after a few beers. The food was unexpectedly high end. The promptness of service was comforting to say the least, and so the assertiveness alone will bring me back for more. Service with a smile and big blue eyes. Particularly fascinated and impressed by the plating and high end culinary touch. These P5 neighbors got this spot as a top contender for food . Definitely returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was super and the interior so amazing! This place has the potential to be really good. However…. The service was really not good when we visited. We got the wrong food, big troubles ordering, got only 1 drink when when we ordered 3, had to work for the waiters attention several times, was asked to order more drinks from another waiter but he never showed up. Overall, a lot of problems with the service sadly :( we never got the food we initially ordered.
Another issue with this place which I didn’t like is that prices on their website is different than prices in the menu. For example: online it says that tapas is 295czk, but when we arrived we had to pay 345czk for the tapas. I think the resturant should update their website so costumers know what to expect.
Problems aside, a nice meal in a cool place

A little noisy atmosphere.
Very tasty tapas- pork belly ,tartar and friend batatas are my favourite.
Make sure to make a reservation, it can be pretty busy , they are unfortunately understaffed and do not open the full restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortel is a very hip looking place with a large variety of food options. We enjoyed a few small dishes to start with (sausages, pork belly and sweet potato fries). Each of these dishes were delicious we especially enjoyed their sweet potato fries. The main dishes were also excellent the meat was very tender and both of our mains were paired well with either veggies or their delicious mashed potatoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really nice time in this restaurant, we walked by and popped in to see if we could eat there. The waiter let us know that they had a reservation coming in and just asked us for how long we would be staying. We got seated and the water continued to be very attentive and nice to us. He spoke both Czech and English and gave us an English menu with no problem. Since our table was kind of behind a wall, it was very nice to see him checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
The food was tasty, although the portion sizes varied greatly depending on the tapas of choice. For example, the steak tartar was a much larger and more filling tapas than the beef cheeks in the rind. We had in total 12, but 6 would have been enough for the two of us, we just got a little greedy. Who does not love tapas?
Friendly place with a nice atmosphere and attentive servers. Would recommend if you want to try some tapas. If you are a person of a large appetite though, it might get a bit pricey.
