Were with the child. They accepted without recording and without waiting. After the recording, the nurse was called in after 30 seconds. Dr. Pan Prokop is very friendly and very professional.

Po vysvětlení situace mi bylo řečeno, ať se zastavím až další den (jako kdyby šla ta bolest vydržet, když už jsem ten večer nespal) a nebo "ať si najdu nějaký jiný ORL."

R	Randi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emailed for an appointment. Was told to call for an appointment, which I did. Arrived and was immediately told "come back tomorrow, the doctor is finished". I told the receptionist I had an appointment at 11am. There was no record of my appointment, and was told again to come back tomorrow...as if no one has anything to do and can just come back to a doctor's office after they lost an appointment. Total waste of time.
