★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní mi neukázala fotografie po vyfocení, nemohl jsem si upravit ani vlasy, takže jsem je měl na obličeji a kazí to dojem fotografie. Vše bylo moc na rychlo, nestihl jsem se ani zout a už mě fotila. Už bych služby nevyužil, radši běžte jinám.
The lady didn't show me the photos after the photo, I couldn't even adjust my hair, so I had them on my face and it spoils the impression of the photo. Everything was too fast, I didn't even have time to shut up and she was already taking pictures of me. I would not use the service anymore, you better go to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní fotografka milá, krásně připravený ateliér. Fotky nám ukázala. S dětmi to umí, ale všechno ve spěchu a na náhled fotek jsme čekali 2 týdny. Focení bylo 11.11, fotky dodány 23.12 a žádné speciální úpravy na nich nejsou tak nevím na co jsem čekala tak dlouho. Komunikace je hodně špatná, paní moc nereaguje a když už ano tak slibuje a lže. Doba čekání na 15 upravených fotek 6-8 týdnů. To je jako čekat na fotky ze svatby ? Jsou i levnější fotografové a fotky máte do týdne. Za mě velké zklamání. Znovu už nikdy.

The photo shoot was on 11.11, the photos were delivered on 23.12 and there are no special adjustments on them, so I don't know what I've been waiting for so long. The communication is very bad, the lady does not react much and when she does, she promises and lies. Waiting time for 15 edited photos 6-8 weeks. It's like waiting for wedding photos ? There are also cheaper photographers and photos you have within a week. A big disappointment for me. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na vánočním focení jsme byli 7.11.2021. Paní fotografka nám slíbila poslat náhled fotek na email do čtvrtka 11.11.2021.Kdyz jsem v pátek 12.11.2011 na emailu zadne fotky nemela, psala jsem ji jak to s těmi fotkami vypadá. Odpověď jsem dostala 16.11. společně s nahledem fotek. Tentýž den jsem ji odepsala, které fotky jsem si vybrala. Do 25.11. se nic nedělo, tudíž jsem psala mail kdy můžu fotky očekávat (chtěla jsem z nich nějaké fotodarky na Vánoce). Následují den jsem několikrát i volala na telefon. Bez odezvy... Následně jsem 8.12.psala ještě jeden email, že Vánoce se blíží a kdy teda dostanu své fotky?? Doteď bez odezvy!!!! Doufám, že fotografie do Vánoc vůbec budou.. Každopádně znovu k této paní fotografce opravdu ne!
We were at the Christmas photo shoot on November 7, 2021. The photographer promised to send us a preview of the photos by email by Thursday, November 11, 2021. When I did not have any photos on the email on Friday, November 12, 2011, I wrote her what it looks like with those photos. I received an answer on 16.11. along with a preview of the photos. That same day, I wrote her off which photos I had chosen. Until 25.11. nothing happened, so I wrote an e-mail when I can expect photos (I wanted some photo gifts from them for Christmas). The next day I called the phone several times. No response ... Subsequently, I wrote another email on December 8 that Christmas is approaching, so when will I receive my photos? No response so far !!!! I hope that the photos will be by Christmas at all .. Anyway, not really to this lady photographer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme na vánočním focení s dcerkou. Focení bylo 7.11.2021 a do teď nemám ani elektronické ani vytisknuté fotky. Očekávala bych že za tu cenu bude vše rychlejší ale paní fotografka nekomunikuje a ani nezveda telefon. Ateliér má sice pěkný ale focení bylo 10 minut rychlovka a ani jsme neviděli náhled. Bere si hodně zakázek ale nestačí to. Už je 9.12.2021 a stále nic..už v životě bych k ní nešla. Zaplaceno dostala ihned po udání částky. Pak mi jsou vánoční fotky na nic když je potřebuji poslat i rodině do zahraničí. Velké zklamání...raději běžte k někomu jinému.

I wouldn't go to her in my life. He received the payment immediately after stating the amount. Then Christmas photos are useless to me when I need to send them abroad to my family. Big disappointment ... you better go to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pani fotografka je velmi mila, její služby jsme vyuzili již potřetí, co se vsak týká komunikace a doby čekání na fotky přijde mi, ze postupem času je to horší a horší. Na náhledy ted naposledy jsem čekala 14 dni, byly slibeny jiz druhy den, psala jsem několik emailu, telefonovala. Pokaždé bez reakce. Vůbec nevim, zda se nějakých fotek vůbec dočkáme a kdy. Fotit umí, ale zřejmě si toho bere na sebe moc a absolutně nestíhá a nekomunikuje. Vědět to dříve, rozhodne bych dopředu za focení neplatila. Nyní stále čekáme na vyjadreni, kdy se fotek dočkáme. Jsem ochotna hodnoceni upravit, ale chci konečně nějakou interakci.
Edit- paní fotografka po dalším týdnu telefon zvedla, omlouvala se, ze byla nemocná, takže i když to stalo hodně nervu, fotek jsme se dočkali. Vzhledem k tomu, ze ke zpoždění nedošlo poprvé, hodnotim 3 hvězdami a paní fotografce děkujeme za fotky

He can take pictures, but he apparently takes on a lot of it and absolutely can't catch up and communicate. Knowing this sooner, I would definitely not pay in advance for the photo shoot. Now we are still waiting for the statement when we will see the photos. I'm willing to adjust the rating, but I finally want some interaction.
After another week, the photographer picked up the phone, apologizing for being ill, so even though it made a lot of nerves, we saw the photos. Since the delay was not the first time, I rate it 3 stars and thank the photographer for the photos
